Firefox Login Problems
Less of a post this and more of a cry for help. With the latest release of Firefox I cannot log into my WordPress blog, no matter what I try.
I’ve cleared my Firefox cache, absolutely everything including cookies and saved form data. I’ve reset my password for my blog but still when I try to login using Firefox I just get stuck a constant loop as I’m redirected to the same page.
I’ve Googled this and not found an answer other than what I’ve already tried. So in the meantime I’m stuck with IE7 which I hate.
If anyone has an idea how to crack this, please let me know.
Not come across this problem before, nor heard of it. I use firefox as my standard browser and have had no problems – across multiple machines.
A couple of thoughts:
1. which version of firefox are you using, and with which plugins?
2. If you’re willing to trust me with a username/password, I could see if I have any difficulties logging in via my firefox. If I DO, then the problem is more likely with the installation, if I DON’T, then maybe it’s your firefox install/settings that is at fault?
The only other thing I can find relates to firebug plugin … are you using this:

Jack thanks for this. I’m using the latest build of Firefox and the issue only exists on my laptop at home, not my PC at work so I’m thinking it’s like a REALLY bad case of caching! However I’m also using Firebug so will try that out thanks.
Hi guys..I have the same issue ..firefox defaults my username and password back to and older username and password…I’ve tried so many things to fix this issue to no avail.
